Black people are more likely to receive negative reactions from White people than the other way around b/c White people make a larger % of the population in most areas/organizations/etc. On the topic of Obama's pastor, I don't think he had much of a choice in the matter since it was one of the premiere churches in "his community" and many other "Black churches" are noted of having pastors who on occasion make racially charged comments.

It's obvious to me that blacks generally don't see what whites seem to have pointed out to them all the time: their own racial attitudes. "Typical white person" means to them that we are all racist which, in and of itself is a racist comment. I would love to know the people who the poll said he would unite America; how can that be when the man belongs to a church that only supports a black community?
