Are federal laws necessarily Constitutional by mere virtue of their passage? Was Congress really intended to be the arbiter of its own authority? Here by special request of the orator, Rep Dan Itse addresses the NH House of Representatives, 5/13/2010, on an amendment to SB455 which would opt NH out of the Constitutionally unauthorized nationalized health care scheme, preceded by an introduction of the amendment by its sponsor, Rep. Gene Chandler. Complete session video can be found at http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/house/media/live_media.htm.

The stirring address by "the Representative from Weare," Neal Kurk, regarding REAL ID nullification to which Itse refers may be viewed at http://bikerbillnh.blogspot.com/2008/05/hb1582-fires-first-shot-in-nh-house.html

  • @truthadvocate has taken quite a departure from reality, here. The Constitution is a living document meaning the contract was written to bring the nation into expansion toward the West and into the future with the provision for Amendments.

Representative Itse spoke the absolute, Constitutionally correct TRUTH. He is a great man.

  • @phalanx44,

It's the truth. I challenge you to disprove any of it.

Or you could just insult me again if it makes you feel better.

  • Awesome vid. repost!

  • @truthadvocate That is just -Dumb-.

  • Thanks for this

  • The entire government is illegitimate. It does not represent us. None of us voluntary signed any contract to be bound by any law passed by the government including the Constitution. Every person that signed the Constitution has been dead for centuries, and at no point had the power to impose their contract onto future generations. The government requires us to buy products all the time. Every service the government provides is a product we are forced to purchase under threat of imprisonment.

  • I love the "pimping" analogy - very amusing and appropriate given the state of the federal government. I would love to see Itse as a US Senator.
