And let's see, counties with government healthcare? France, UK, Canada, Japan, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, China, Germany (since 1883), Russia, Australia, Greece, Finland, Tai Wan, Bhutan,etc.
Countries that don't: United States, Somalia and most other African countries, and some very very rich states such as Switzerland, I think.

How many jobs we've lost in your (my) district congressman? 30,000 in the last 4 years? Ya, you let the big corporations to literally "wipe" out their entire employee force in exchange for the outsourced ones.
