Unit 303 in the Apollo, a well maintained mid-century
building, boasts views of the Seattle skyline, West Seattle, Elliott Bay, Mt.
Rainier, & the Washington ferries. From outside, you & your guests will admire the
lovely landscaping surrounding both sides of the uniquely patterned stairwell. The lobby
floors smartly mimic the steps of the entry walkway. Inside the unit, glossy hardwood floors,
original tile, & clean lines will delight the modern and mid-century modern enthusiast. The open kitchen allows for the chef to be distracted by the moods of the view while cooking.
The living space is big enough for dining and formal entertaining while the bedroom has large closet space & an extra nook for a home office or private reading area. With a
note to ease of living, a stackable washer/dryer hides in one of the hallway closets.
Located in the well loved neighborhood of Queen Anne near Kinnear Park, magnificent mansions mix with convenient bus lines & popular businesses. Living here generates an
opportune lifestyle that is suitably fashionable for every demographic. - created at http://animoto.com
Wow, the cost of living must be horrible in Seattle. My five bedroom, two bath home on the river was $170,000 and it is MUCH nicer than that....That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.
