More on that... Just heal rage tanks (bears and warriors) rather than shielding. The same is obviously true if retribution aura does not work when damage is absorbed, if it does continue to work while shielded, then by all means use PW:S.
If you werent draenei I would tell you not to do DPS on such a fight where DPS would be slow.

It would do well to remember NOT to shield warriors. Warriors generate rage when they take damage. The more rage they generate, the easier it is for them to tank.
