I'm east African and my hair is 3c/4a. Everyone assumes that all of us have wavy or loosely curled hair, but it's really not the case with most of us. Most of us have tight curls that are very thick.

3c/4a and nothing but FRIZZ FRIZZ AND MORE DAMN FRIZZ. I have hardly ANY curl pattern when it's dry, but when it's wet, it's lovely and pretty and longer. Dry=Tumbleweed. >.<

omg..man...i'm black half puertorican and half Barbadian...idk what my hair type is -.- i'm only 11 :( my hair is long which makes it even harder to figure out cause it stretches my hair type -.-

So 3C is like pencil circumference, 3B is like chalk and I didn't understand what you said about 3A? i have a better understanding but my hair varies in texture. The very tips are 3C, the rest is wavy no spiral. waves about 3/4 - 1 inch in pattern.
