birds arent `supposed` to be petted on their back like dogs.
Perhaps this is why he can bites, because it arouse the bird and it might induce hormonal behavior.
It might have reguritated offerings or territorial behavior.
And why the image is stuck on the girl's face at the end? boring video.

Aww. So cute. :) I wish I can touch my meyers parrot Joey like that but my bird is like 5 years old and hes been owned before by other people.. So he isnt really comfterable to us, YET

Hi Leonara
Becuase he nips, quite badly when things aren't going his way. If you are doing what he wants to do then he is fine. He was called Carl when we had him, but it didn't seem like the right name for him
