Elements iLLegaux (9-01-2009)

Maraveyas Illegal is an absolutely lovable greek [though in my opinion it is more of a multinational...:-)] band which lately makes our Fridays here in Thessaloniki look and sound much brighter and warmer! Presenting truthful,simple and playful lyrics combined with a geniously composed music which is difficult to be charachterised or tagged since it embraces almost every kind of sound, Maraveyas Ilegal have lately managed to create a very big and noticable fanbase here in Greece that keeps expanding.Their music is also recognisable to many foreign listeners. What is really impressive is that they have even fans who are not really into that kind of music [like me for example..:-)] and through them they found something really exciting and beautiful in it. If this isn't what we call the real success of a band then.....what is it?
Last but not least, meeting with the members of Maraveyas Ilegal proved to be a very hopeful and unforgettable moment 'cause we realised that these guys not only are super-talented musicians but also, most of all, are true, friendly and warm people.In other words...REAL ARTISTS.

I wish everyone could have the chance to be in their live concerts.
