I usually don't do this, but I want to give thanks to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla for the majority of the footage used in this video. In terms of video use, they're some of the coolest guys, and without their stuff, this, and many other videos of mine wouldn't happen. Much appreciated, PWG. Keep kicking ass.

Susumu Yokosuka is currently one of the top talents in the Dragon Gate promotion over in Japan. Coming out of one of the earliest Toryumon classes under his real name of Susumu Mochizuki, Yokosuka eventually came into the ranks of the M2K group, in which he would find moderate success, but also would be well on his way to setting the world record for most matches lost to long time rival Dragon Kid's Ultra Huracanrana. Also during that time, Susumu would have problems with Masaaki Mochizuki(no relation). Eventually, the two had a unique feud ending match, in which the loser would be forced to drop their last name. Susumu lost, and adopted the surname Yokosuka, in honor of his hometown. Under this name, Susumu would find his greatest successes. He reformed the M2K group with Mochizuki, and began a long feud with CIMA. Yokosuka would challenge CIMA both in the 2003 El Numero Uno tournament, and for the Open the Dream Gate Title, losing both encounters. However, undeterred, Yokosuka came into one of DG's biggest shows in April of 2006, and defeated Ryo Saito for the Open the Dream Gate Title. After the Dissolution of Final M2K, he joined rivals Dragon Kid and CIMA to form the super group Typhoon. Yokosuka and group mate Saito would find quick tag team success, and the two held the WAR International Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Titles. The group also found success as a whole, holding the Open the Triangle Gate Titles. When Typhoon was forced to split, CIMA and Yokosuka stuck together, while Saito snapped, and turned on his allies to join the new Real Hazard group. Recently, Susumu has shown some possible mistrust of stablemate Gamma, as he has been seen with Real Hazard member Dr. Muscle. Yokosuka's offense is deceptively strong, and a few of his strongest moves come from the Canadian Backbreaker position. Jumbo No Kachi! is named after his idol, Jumbo Tsuruta, and has put down many of Susumu's biggest rivals over the years. The Yokosuka Cutter is always there to fall back on when needed.

Also, a quick thanks to AZW out of Hawaii for the final clip. Hopefully they won't mind.

  • Hey SD what do you think of his partner K-ness?

  • Very fun to watch.

  • World liner, in this clip, is not perfect.

Castagnoli did it perfectly against Quackenbush.

Nice and effective: a 450° bomb

  • Unfortunately, this is the only usable footage of Susumu using the move.

  • @MrWolf316 1. It's a lariat, not a clothesline. 2. You need to watch SHINGO's Pumping Bomber

  • Damn near every wreslting move is unrealistic

  • Best Lariat Ever

  • yeah you cant really blame them

  • Yeah I know what you mean... The indies have a lot more unique moves that mainstream fans never seen... Can't blame them for not popping to the yokosuka cutter...

  • actually AZW fans only react to amazing moves most likely they do not understand the moves because they only see WWE, or TNA and nothing else
