sorry but i have to point out, the 4th doctor's torso is NOT a new sculpt, the cardigon was a re-paint of the wave 1 verson but they mocked it up, the only new sculpt of the 4th doctor figure is the arms and jacket, the rest is repaint, i suggest you do bit more research before doing reviews...
