kami created the dragon balls. King Piccolo just used the dbs for youth then he destroyed it. Before the eclipse? its suppose to be a full moon, and goku doesnt even have a tail so it wouldnt work. wtf is up with bulmas hair?! where are piccolo's antinas? who the hell is that woman thats helping piccolo?!
