Der Hammond-Sound ist vom Nord Electro, der Rest komplett vom Kurzweil. Nur das Schlagzeug wurde mit einem richtigen Drumset (Ludwig) aufgenommen.

Inzwischen gibt es von Kurzweil ein Update, das bei den Hammonds die gleiche Qualität wie beim Electro erreicht.

I've got also this combi. I'm playing in 2 cover-bands. The combi is very nice. Almost every song is possible with this two beasts. (I only want a recorder flute...)

@Mcster1984: Try using '4170 Recorder' from the GM set in the Kurz. Tweaking it a bit should give you a nice sound :-)

Theres nothing to feel threatenned by,. I can tell straight away thats a keyboard trying to sound like a guitar. You always know because the transiition between notes isnt fluid. A keyboard sounds stiff, rigid. That said my DX7 MK2 can do a very convincing indie style flanged guitar type sound. Because the DX7 has a natural metalic edge to it. A kurz doesnt. And put through a marshall it will make the PC3 sound even more fake.

Die neuen Kurzweil-Orgeln sind wirklich recht gut. Dennoch sind diese noch weit vom Nord entfernt. Zusätzlich ist gerade beim Orgeln das Handling des Nord einfach besser.

Ansonsten ist der Kurzweil in Preis und Qualität schwer zu schlagen!!!!
