Lebanon is a horrible country with horrible people. There is hardly anything to love about it, unless of course drunkenness and scantily clad women make you love a certain place. But then again, loving a country based on these norms is sad. Lebanon is a non-state that has no infrastructure or central cohesion. I'm ashamed to call myself Lebanese. Lebanon is a prime example of what can go wrong in the nation-state system of governance. I just came back from having spent 8 horrible months there.

It's nonsense not to like a horrible country? I had actually finished my degree early & was supposed to go have a good time. My parents had moved back there, so I was in a tight spot awaiting grad school. That's why I went. I guess anybody who doesn't fall in love with that despicable country is a miserable person? Sound reasoning on your part. Nevertheless, enjoy Lebanon for what it's worth. But I will say that I had never come across such horrible people in my life, Muslim & Christian.

You posted a video on a public site, thus giving everyone in the world access to it. I happened to come across it by chance and made the comments. I guess if you're not in love with the country, you're not allowed to state your opinion. Alhamdullah 3a Salaami for being evacuated during the invasion. If my comments were offensive, then you can delete them. But you should be more open to differing opinions.

@beneaththewaterline I really really feel your pain , i was born in California , so was my brother. my parents are lebenese but my dad is half american and half lebenese . so me and my bro are only americans . so yeah my mom is lebenese. but we were living the PERFECT PERFECT life in USA BUT my mom misses her family in lebenon so. we had to stay there for 9 months sometimes 10 . for school. I really hate it down here also we have a horrible family :( .

@beneaththewaterline Lebanon has bad politicians, bad roads, much assholes on the road leaving you no way else than becoming like them. Lots of people may be horrible, but lots of them are just the best..

I love Lebanon more than anything in the world. I've moved back to it, and will never leave it again. Best nature, the little country that has everything. You don't like it, leave it, it WILL never change ;) and honestly, I don't want it to :)
