Social services kidnap Children from domestic violence victims

Due to the 'at risk of emotional harm' that now exsists in the 1989 childrens act children are now 'legally' kidapped by a social workers from nurserys and schools around the country whilst parents are kept in the dark about it.Here is a video of a child who is retrained by a contact social worker because he wants to leave the contact centre with his mum. The social services and family court system are breaching human rights , childrens rights.How is it a legal guardian is appointed by the court says children should go home and should not be in care? yet the courts favour the 'socail services always right' Social services are a law unto their own. This child has been abused in foster care the parents discovered. How can the state take children away under 'at risk' when it is actual harm to take him away from all he knows and loves into care to be abused???

Social Services NEVER take children away from parents/guardians without good reason. It's a last resort.

you are deluded young lady..answer me this..why in most countries do social services get orders out to leave children at home with their mothers and ban the domestic violence abuser from the home but in my case they didnt? You cant answer that because you have no idea why they didnt and neither do i! they did not NEED to take my son .I suggest you read up about case law and how much money these departments get for taking children and adopting them out before you say a silly comment like that

You and your kind have helped to create a horrific Orwellian society, where children can be kidnapped by the state merely because a social worker says they are abused. i was one of those kids taken from my home cause i violated curfew 3 times was given drugs that made me sick and confused then they would bring in the head shrinkers and try to get me to say untrue things about my parents and if i didnt agree with there narrowminded views me and my parents were punished from seing each other if i was unhappy i had a disorder and given drugs if i was sad i had a disorder and given drugs if i was mad i had a disorder was given drugs they are child enslavers

...indeed my male social-worker at the time was looking slightly disgusted and confused by what was going on, basically they punish women over and over for being the victims of domestic assault, I thought 'omg I better get this violence against me stopped 2 appease the ss!" also one told me 'no we cant do anything about violence inflicted on the mother nor sexual abuse of any child, thats not what we do, so even if these issues are going on the ss will do nothing but punish the mother. Obscene.

My experiences of domestic abuse and social disservices is that the woman who is being abused does not get any help to get the abuse stopped and that if it continues there is a threat to take your'e children away. I was told this by the ss, at a meeting I has a black eye and bruising on my face, the ss were sniggering and vile, one said to her coworker 'o aren't we meant to offer advice about contacting womens aid' said in THE most sarcastic tone, 'o I suppose we better' she said but didnt...

Yeah a social worker told me she could make a lot of trouble for me, she wrote in her report that I had 10 men in my home as we were visiting an old man we knew and it was his birthday and he had 6 men me and a female friend and my 2 kids, we were there for about 10 mins to say happy birthday. It was quite obvious it was an old mans home and she had already been at my home days before.Some imagination but she had to make up a lot of stuff to get her case. As I was in care from very young I ....
