Alvin & The Chipmunks - Witch Doctor PITCH CHANGE

Since I got a lot of comments and agreements saying that the producers didn't slow down the songs in the movie, I changed the pitch of the chipmunks' parts. This is what I got.

@BlazeFireMaster i know how editing software works... they dont use the same techniques they use to use back in the 90's ur facts are outdated.... i can make myself sound like a chipmunk while talkin normally and change the pitch and keep the speed and duration unchanged.... my sources.... i use sony vegas pro 10... and im sure many if not 80% of professional video and audio editors know that u can do this... thanks for ur input but i dont comment unless im 100% sure of it...

@RUNproductionz If you simply put the pitch of something "up" it makes it sound weird, much easier to notice if you put the pitch up, then slow it down. On ANY official Chipmunk song, if you slow it down 50%, it sounds normal. Because when Ross first made the Chipmunks, they didn't have the technology to up the pitch, only make something go faster and slower. So yes, on any official chipmunk song, they had the singers sing at half speed.

@RUNproductionz i have the dvd at home and in the xtras they showed you how they made the chipmunks singing voice and they did it just like the process i described.

@dainy128 -_- they sung normally... i use editing programs u can use pitch change and perserve the original duration... so what u said is invalid they didnt speed of the voices just made them high pitched
