  • that was 360lbs 45*4 = 180lbs on each side, total = 360 lbs

  • Yes, she is, thanks for watching. Deeper to recruit more of the glute/ham area and regardless of the spot she is still getting the work done. Watch closely as the spot is only for a couple of sticking reps. Thanks again for watching.

  • Wow she is is strong ... but what is the point of the trainer telling her to go deeper, if he's gonna help her out with an assist? Isn't that kind of like doing weighted chinups, with a spot? LOL
