Along with this being possibly the greatest Superbowl ever Tom Petty's halftime show was just as impressive! The Black Eyed Peas at this years Superbowl just sucked shit! Got to have similar people like Tom perform at Superbowls for halftime shows other than these garbage new wave entertainers that the young generation so much likes. How about Bob Seger and any other good ole classic rock musician,U@ Floyd,etc.

I think it's real cool that Fox and the NFL put I guy like the this back in the spotlight for a change cuz I know I was getting tired of all these POP and R&B acts they do. Not that they're bad, it's just, well how often do you see these old school acts on television anymore. It's like bigz6006 said, the teeny boppers may not know him cuz they've got no easy access to Tom Petty's tunes yet they can still enjoy it. Jesus! We need more rock and roll bands people!!!!
