I like Gary mostly because his ideology is based on prevention and health, as opposed to the Big Pharma/FDA/ Medical trimverate that is more concerned with sickness, profit, and gain. He is an alternative voice. That being said, he isn't always right. For years I listened to him rail on the negative effects of coffee. One study after another have only proved its positive effects.
He got it wrong. Sometimes I think he gets into the "if I don't do it, you shouldn't do it." mentality.

@opcn18 Agreed. He's been claiming for years that he's reversed his own baldness and greying. I just watched a recent candid video of him and he clearly has a major dye job which was growing out at the time. He's completely grey without it which makes me wonder what else he's lied about.

often impressed by his speech intonation, when he has written so much one can be tempted to just blurt but there's the encapsuation of him not believing in instanteous information it seems but turning through it for a tomorrow even per se. here, i liked the content content that can be when we know what can make us have facile funtioning foundationally or losses of that, as well if it's dormant from there for a hopefulness. & there's a reviving theme to swell in from direct feeding requirements ~
