Hey Ecto, you wanted an opinion well here's mine. I'm a roleplayer on Argent Dawn yet I'm extremely happy with my real life. Roleplaying for me is just a small distraction in which you create light-hearted situations to enjoy with some online friends. It's like reading a book except you're making up the story as you go. Some prefer their roleplay to be alike cabaret, some prefer erotic roleplay, some prefer more to the game setting and some would like to "live" in the game.

@NabCowz Thanks for your opinion, appreciate it. This is kind of an research for myself. What triggers people to Roleplay, and thanks to your answer and of the other people as well, I can find out the specific reason.

And funny that Sylvo is a online rapist :P

@xboxlulz Hey sorry for not responding, I rarely check my messages. As for Sylvo, the amount of times he plays decently hardly make up for his lolshire times. I simply can't condone of such behavior. Call me elitist but maybe he changed a bit over time. My current main character is Portaris from the guild Reign in Blood. Unlikely you know me since I rarely roleplay in Silvermoon on that char.

In extend: Silvermoon is generally for people who prefer more cabaret like roleplay or are addicted to drama (you know, the stuff your girlfriend watches on TV when you would like to see that action movie). Sylvo is a typical example of what's called a bad roleplayer.
