Some people really thins that cat is on drug, so me 2 but someone wrote this:
Seen this sort of thing before. All that's happening, is the person who is filming the cat, is just scratching the cat at the base of it's back, where the spine meets the tail. For some reason, it looks like it's a sensitive spot for some cats. And if you scratch it, some cats will go all funny.

I don't understand why people are saying, "Not funny" and "You need to be shot" and such.
