Btw he most drunk guy in the world, from my knowledge the record holder was a dude from poland, if im correct he even earned a guines entry for this. The guy was apparantly driving a car, but the politice instantly noticed him, cause he was driving like VERY slow(like 10kmh/about 7,5mph or less haha^^). The police controlled him and made an alcohol test on him, they found something like 12.0 or so! The police didnt believe it and thought the device was broken(back at that time,
