  • i train every day but i divide my body like monday ill do biceps triceps tuesday shoulders chest so my biceps and triceps are recovering like wednesday legs and back thursday abs and something im not sure i got a list but its gud to do it liek this i still take a rest

  • Take Milk Thistle and other Liver flush products about once a month.

  • I do workout monday-thursday .. but I make sure I workout different parts of my body so they can take at least a day break

  • I wanna put on weight but I don't wanna wreck my liver. I tried different supplements and put on 23lbs in 5 weeks. I kept that weight for w few mouths but have since lost most of it whereas I haven't trained in roughly 3 years. I DID visit the gym about a year ago with a visibly noticeable difference after the first workout. However because it was a year ago, I've yet again lost the weight. I'll check out your report and post my results.
