Explanation "How to do ?"
1. Keep staring at the dot in the first pic.
2. When the second appears keep staring at the dot, for a few seconds for your eyes it seems that the second pic is in colors which actually is not, just in black and white.

our eyes have 3 'colours' red,green and blue. the first picture is in red and blue so our eyes gets tired of it and when the next picture comes, only the green is working so colours are seen

Please dont invent...the illusion is when you stare at the dot when sundenlly appears the second image you will see the image in colors which is actually in black and white...keep staring always at the dot.
