@Mzrougepoupee will do!!! I am trying to start working on my stomach more. I want it flat and I want to start working on getting abs. I have been so busy with school and work that i haven't really had the time to put into this diet but if you have the time it is WORTH IT.
@Mzrougepoupee Usually i would lose 1 to 1.5 lbs a day. I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks, so it just varies. After I lost my 20 lbs I stopped working out so much and would skip my workout some days because I was already happy with my results.
