This from a documentary of Shaolin Kungfu. It seems to be alot of hard, hard work. Doing the same thing over and over. There doesn't seem to be any "secret" technique.

I'm beginning to understand now. There is not "secret" Kungfu knowledge, just hard work.

  • its the fighter never the art. Even these "monsters" will make a mistake and lose. No one is undefeatable man and no such thing as the best. Theres always a bigger mountain than you. But still yea i respect these guys peace

  • There IS SECRET KNOWLEDGE involved along with hard work and repetition

  • @aphelion719 You can do that or you can just condition your body to naturally take the hits. That's what my school does, or that may just be me. Either way, this is the best way to cut back on the military spending for tanks. We have some home grown!

  • you will injured easyly when you do those stuffs without applying Chi. you have learn to use Chi before practicing hard training. Shaolin kungfu form looks hard as stones.

But it is actually very soft. from soft ---> hard

  • I kinda lolled at the beginning XD

  • omg i was lookn for this video for looong time i shud save it i thnks alot for not deletin it

  • @Alvz0r just because the train differently dosent make them any tougher, No matter how good your training is, you can still get knocked out., it's the fighter not the training. l

  • hei thats funny I am trying to do just that....learning math and physics at uni while training wushu taichi and chikung and tibetan yoga..........well it is challenging but can be done slowly .....and hard to do when you are 51, but possible
