at one time i was a commercial fisherman ,and i have eaten just about every kind of sea food and fish that there is , but never an arctic char. how do they compare to salmon taste wise,if broiled,or grilled?

Where in Iceland were you fishing for Arctic Char? I thought I recognized one of many pools in Eyjafjarðará in north Iceland?
