This video of Fairfax County (VA) School District Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr., was taken on Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 at Rep. Jim Morans (D-VA) Town Hall meeting on Obama Deathcare held at South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia, in Fairfax County. Many people were left outside when the school filled to capacity. Fairfax County School Police Officer Wesley Cheeks, Jr. did not approve of a protesters anti-Obamacare poster which used one of the Joker graphics. Watch the video and see what happens when Officer Cheeks sees the anti-Obamacare poster.
@wahrheit451 The cops usually do make up their own laws. Most of them are politically savvy enough not to do it blatantly while being recorded. When you give a person a job simply to fill a quota and disregard whether or not that person is suited by training, temperament, intellect etc. then chances are very good that you will end up with something like this.

@DEADPOOL4606 This is what you will get with affirmative action every time.

Obviously can't comment all that much about Tennessee, but I have lived for a time in Huntsville AL just across the state line. The few cops encountered traveling through Tennessee (traffic stops for speeding, chance encounters during meal or fuel stops, etc) seemed amiable enough. None hassled me in any way.

@stewartx5 in tn the police have took the constitution and shelved it and replaced it with a police doctrine.now before anybody says THEY CANT DO THAT,let me explain.according to the doctrine we the people of tn have put ourselves under the control of the police we had no choice in the matter so now its a set of police rules we live by or else. poor people are the hardest hit by these rules not the rich you can leave the state with police permission or bide by the rules.just my opinion

@TheDonnaEl '.. You think .. first amendment .. applies to .. protest that isn't objectionable ..'
Of course, never said that. Instead, said no right is unlimited. Each right has to be balanced against the rights, safety, and dignity of others. That's why each has historically (since country was founded) been restricted in some manner in certain venues and circumstances. I'd prefer no such restrictions, but some obviously cannot behave in a civil manner without that.

When was Obama the one who decided who delivered the TARP money? Really? Research that Please....I Remember that being passed even before the election! Now granted, I'm going by my liberal memory that has been declared short term because of years of marijuana use and Alternative music, but I still kinda remember that being passed under Bush and the Reserve designated that money I thought. Maybe not tho please inform me, I have enjoyed several pieces of abstract art over the past two years.

@stewartx5 You've got little girl brains! You think that the first amendment only applies to protest that isn't objectionable? Are you a little girl? Did you go to school? Did you a lack a decent father in your life to disabuse you of sillyness? Does you airheaded momma tell you that you have something worthwhile to contribute to discourse?

Wow! So now they just make up laws. "I can charge you with whatever i want to". "It aint AmeriKa no more". Scary stuff coming from a civil servant. More like the SS every day.
