talk tv lower third

For class I was required to come up with a concept for a television network and then create all of the branding of the network. this included logos, bumpers, lower thirds, watermarks and any other inserts necessary. this is the lower third that i created for my network, talk tv, which is a network that plays reruns of talk shows 24/7.
