Real quick one, fired at a scrap square of .093 Lexan to see if the Silver Arrow pellets could punch through it. I'm actually surprised that it didn't, though there was a lot of wasted energy in snapping that board in half haha.

This was mostly just a test (coincidentally one of the shortest filming/editing/uploading videos I have ever done) of the Lexan and the new little camera I got (the one attached onto the rifle).

I'm planning to do a whole video comparing various caliber pellet guns firing into this stuff, I'm really curious what will happen when I fire the .50 into it.

Thanks for watching!

  • It makes a great lens protector. It scratches kind of easily but its cheap to replace.

  • @phgHunter Definitely. I'm making a little water tank out of it and had this scrap piece left over, wanted to see how much it could take.

  • .25 cal?! Never seen that before!

  • But I bet it'll punch a hole in your ass! Ouch!

    Good job!

  • That's crazy that the board snapped in half from the force of the pellet!

  • Lexan is pretty tough stuff. I've layed 1/4" pieces on cement and couldn't break it with a ball peen hammer.
