Friday - Reduce, Reuse/Repurpose, Recycle

Tips:
Have showers instead of baths.
Don't leave the tap running when your brushing your teeth.
Hand wash your dishes instead of using the dishwasher
Have two seperate baskets for your clothes washing, lightly soiled clothes and heavy. The clothes that arent too dirty can be put on a shorter wash at a lower temperature.
Recycle all packaging from your weekly shop as your putting it away.
Reduce the amount of time you have you heating on, perhaps use a timer.
Use energy saving lightbulbs in all rooms in your home.
Use LED television which use 70% less power than standard televisions.
Use re-usable shopping bags.
Use non- reusable bags for picking up your doggy mess on walks!
Give old clothes to charity or be crafty with them and turn them into something else.
