Cut from a longer vid that I hope to upload later. This is a preamble to the fight in the other video, and IMO, does a much better job of capturing the gold phase male's colors. Before today, I have never seen any males in my tank exhibit these colors, always sparring in the blue/black/white garb. Hopefully they'll show these colors in greater intensity in the future. I apologize for the poor camera angles at times. At 0:58, you can see 3 males, all displaying different color phases. Keep in mind that they are all the same species, and can switch between the different color schemes with relative ease. Definitely my favorite fish.
