That was a really cool project 500, your fabrication skills are impressive. (Feel free to let that go to your head, I know I would. ) B-)

Nice job. You should call the manufacturer of those hole saws and tell them what a lousy product they have. Also, where the heck's your safety glasses? 5 stars

sometime you got to sacrifice safety for production. besides i got two of em. i would look good with a pirate patch

Nice work! Was wondering...with the 40 or so dollars put into hole saws, maybe a cheap boring head on your mill or adapted to the drill press with purpose made tool bar could cut close, then bore to finished size? Probably take as long or longer but you gain a tool...thats my motivation! Keep up the good work!

thanks , did you mean like a flywheel cutter . i thought about getting one half way through drilling , i was gonna buy one and make video of using it , but im a beginner on milling machine and i have a hard time figuring out what to buy . the mill came with lathe , price was to good to pass up.
i would like to get boring head or flywheel cutter for it , whatever you call it , i like getting new tools myself,
maybe you can help me figure it out??
