@rayyanputra nope, this is Elementary OS
You can just forget about Linux Mint and the rest. Not trying to bring them down but IMHO the best Ubuntu derivatives are still PinguyOS and ElementaryOS. From my own experiences of using them all.

Is that a conky script doing the audio equalizer? If so would you mind telling me where I can find it. I see you like the conky script I modified :)

that one is just a simple screenlets :p

I don't really prefer to use docky because my laptop monitor is not that big, its kinda in the way.
But I'd use it if I had a pc
