  • Healthy fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are high in anitoxidants and other essential nutrients.Calling Olive oil refined is misleading.Your wrong on this one Harley.

  • @surferray69 How is it not refined? Oil is like refined sugar. Has had its protein, fiber, water, 99% of its nutrient removed. How is it not refined then?

    What do we call a food product that has had 99% of its nutrients removed? Partially refined? ;)

    Oil and sugar have NO:

    water

    fiber

    protein

    99.9% of their original vitamins and minerals.

    How is sugar refined but oil not?

    Bottom line: both sugar in the packet and oil in the bottle are refined food products. 1000%

  • @durianriders Where did you pull that 99.9% from ? I'd be more then happy to read whatever research you read that states that.I doubt that you have any to back up that claim.All your doing with olives,coconut,hemp seeds,and flax seeds is removing the fiber the remaining nutrients will still provide benefits.I'd only be wasting my time if I posted the info that supports the use of Oilive oil.As I did with Chris Randal who banned me from his Youtube page after I got into the same debate with him.

    How many nutrients in sugar cane? How many nutrients left in table sugar? 99.9% gone.

    White sugar is WAY healthier than organic olive oil. Oil damages the arteries. Look up Dr Esselstyn's book.

    Look at a flax seed. Look at the oil. How the fuck did that happen! lol! Its not like we are melting a gold bar into liquid gold. From a nut to oil = HARDCORE REFINED FOOD!!! :)

  • @durianriders I could throw a bunch of books at you that support my opinion also.You keep pulling that 99% number out of thin air.I think you make a lot of great suggestions as far as being a rawfood vegan and your a great athlete.But your completely wrong on this.And suggesting that table sugar is better then Olive oil is laughable.I appreciate that you didn't ban me from your channel for disagreeing with you.Like that Pussy Chris Randall.

  • @WhatAxBrit i think you would be better off if you buy raw coconut and shred it in a blender a little or on a grater. processed coconut lose lot of its beneficial health stuff. you can buy them wholesale

    that said, are olives and coconut in their raw form okay? some cultures thrived on coconut and its awesome health properties when unprocessed, only recently stuff like coconut oil and palm oil got a bad rep from others, calling them orangutan killers even when like palms that take 0.3% of all oil growing area produce 30% of worlds oil. coincidence or conspiracy? :)

  • @durianriders Actually if you put sugar cane through a press and drank raw cane juice it is very high in vitamins and minerals.So your wrong on that too, unless you were referring to white sugar which I would agree with you.Is highly processed and devoid of anything healthy.
