The problem is the motherboard... had the same issue on the same model. Capacitor beside the CPU on the mobo is blown. It will appear "inflated" or bubbled on top. Pull the side cover and check it ! The one I repaired was still under warranty. If it hadn't been, I would have bought an aftermarket mobo to replace it because the new one has an overheating GPU !!! HP=JUNK

Its looks like the problem in ur windows critical section(Registry) so make ur registry clean using reginout registry cleaner
