Crowntail Betta and Oto Cats

My crowntail betta "Turq" and his three oto cat buddies. you can see two in the beginning at the back of the tank. This is a Waterhome 5 with an Aquaclear 20 filter.

do oto cats need a heater or are they fine wihtout one?

I don't have a heater for them and they're doing fine, but it wouldn't hurt to have one. Others would probably recommend a heater for these cute little fish but the room temperature in my house is fairly high, so mine are fine without one
