i am venezuelan and what they mean is not venezuela military against usa military, the thing is that chavez is a corrupt asshole and he helps terroists around the world, he protects colombian drug dealers, financialy suports the FARC, is allies with midle eastern terrorist countries,Venezuela is also a producer of uranium which is useful for chemical weapons and nobody knows what hes doing with the uranuim, in a way all this things are a national security issue to us in USA, hope that info helps
