Quake Live: Practice Map 1, Hidden Chamber

After you managed the Combo Curve Jump you can enter the bonus challenge chamber. You also can try to make use of the Grenade Launcher to go up there or simply make a quick Plasma Climb like me ;)

You don't need haste though without it the angle's quite precise - you probably need to look down a little bit more, the correct angle is near where the wall and floor join. Also try and hit fire as soon after hitting jump as possible, this will make some difference.

yeh ive done the whole of the training (including bonus room) only once cuz its hard =]

am i right in thinking you can only do this with haste? my regular plasma climbs always run out of speed long before this
