  • I think people who make sweeping generalizations on people who listen to a genre of music is kind of immature...

  • 3 people had a meltdown listening to this song

  • @cheatchick555

Not at all, look at Skrillex fans.

  • "6 people had a meltdown! Theyyyyyyyy haaaaaad a meltdowwwwwwn!"

  • @PiratesOnJupiter Hey, Yo Gabba Gabba is pretty good for what it is.

  • i just found out the whole backstory of the aquabats and i looove them and i actually found out about them through yo gabba gabba and its kinda sad cause im 14 and im in love with yo gabba gabba hahaha anyway i thought they were just a kids band then i was researching yo gabba gabba and found out theyre an actual band and i loove them:)

  • Well,I just got into the aqua bats who are kick ass. But I under stand why their not that skaish. They did the same with the gorillaz went to rock into techno. vary your music.

  • when i first listened to this and it said 'andhe had a meltdown -he had a meltdownnn-' i couldnt stop laughing XDDDD

  • @Skibz778 When you've been a fan of a band right from their humble beginnings and see every change they make, you'll understand :) Personally I accept every change because bands evolve over time!

  • @TheLoaba If that's what you associate with the band, then that's fine. I didn't get into them until '04, when the horns were already gone, so I always saw the use of specific instruments as a secondary concern for a band who drastically change their sound with each album. The way so many people still complain about the lack of horns 7 years later seems very restrictive and narrow-minded to me...personally, I just don't get it. :/

  • @Skibz778 - how is my preference superficial? The Aquabats, in my opinion, were defined by many things, not the least of which being their horn section. For me, personally, I want the horns back. If you like 'em as is, that's great.

  • @TheLoaba The horn players left the band seven years ago, or rather, 2 albums and 2 EPs ago. It was either no horns or no Aquabats *period*, and a world with no Aquabats is a terrifying apocalyptic horror I don't wish to imagine.

Just appreciate the music for what it is, because judging a band solely on whether or not they have a trumpet seems rather superficial. :-)
