man, i used to get super blazed to this song when i was a teenager. listening to it brings back the euphoria. one of the best songs for sure.
Hamza El Din was a priceless gift to music-lovers everywhere. His music has a slow, gentle, meditative quality to it that has all but disappeared from our modern noisy and frenetic civilization. In that respect, parallels can be drawn with medieval European ecclesiastical chant. Unfortunately, Hamza is deceased now, but his music will live on for ages to come in the hearts of all who cherish music which comes straight from the soul.
