Founder of the modern midwife movement, Ina May Gaskin runs one of the world's best birthing centers in Summertown, Tennessee. She was the first living person inducted into the High Times Counterculture Hall of Fame, a ceremony that took place at the 13th Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam in 2000. The ceremony included performances by Jefferson Airplane and Patti Smith.

  • This video didn't do Ina May justice. You need much less singing and more content. Give her the respect she desrves and show her speech. To people that aren't familiar with her work, this video isn't going to shed any light on who she is and what she's accomplished.

  • Less music, more Ina May!

  • Why so little of Ina May? Please reedit this and emphasize Ina May and her words, not the music

  • I agree with Anita50882. Ina May is "Awesome". I knew her from the Farm in 1971-73, And she has only gotten more awesome.
