Finally the hidden agenda of everyone's favorite Minneapolis newsteam is laid bare. Lou exposes his managerial roots as a wacky Machiavellian slave ship captain. Murray the Temp daydreams of live on a love boat but can't escape his proletarian career, even though he claims, "It's not my life, it's just my job." Sue Ann and her Cartesian-spouting buddy opt out of a life of work-spend-work-spend while Lou hilariously makes an example of their anti-capitalist lifestyle by pilfering from her bank account. Ted becomes the vanguard of the Second Great Depression by dosing up for some zany existential consequences and proclaiming, "Sickness unto death is now treated with Prozac!" And Mary takes a (being and) nothingness day and always makes it profitable.

Wonder what Rhoda would have done in this alternate "universe" :-)

This is brilliant. So revealing how many people start watching part one and how few make it to the last (and best) chapter! How rare to find REAL satire!

One of the smartest parodies out there! Nicely done.
