Wow. Not only light skinned people has decent hair. Everyone has decent hair, it's just that other people has to maintain it more than others, I stopped using scurls after It wearied off, it gets your hair brown in shit, an I really didn't need it. I personally think scurls is just something you use just to do it right there in then, but not spend your life savings on hair products in shit lol. What I do now is, wash my hair about 2-3 times a weak, an just use normal grease, that's all! :D
