My 3D Environment & Lighting Demo Reel taken from portfolio projects and some student projects. I am a recent graduate from The Art Institute of California - Inland Empire and am looking for work in the game, animation, film and commercial industries.

Reikland Observatory - Rendered in Maya

Early 20th Century Back Alley - Rendered in UDK Beta

Indiana Jones Inspired Army Truck - Rendered in 3ds Max

Dungeon Door - Rendered in UT3 Engine

Cyber Punk Alien Device - Rendered in 3ds Max

Abandoned House - Rendered in 3ds Max

Mech Junker - Rendered in 3ds Max

Cambodian Ruins - Rendered in UT3 Engine

All models, materials, and textures were created by myself with the exception of particle emitters used in the Dungeon Door scene and foliage mesh used in the Cambodian Ruins environment.

  • How are you so good? wtf?!?!

  • God damn. This is the best shit I've seen in UDK. I may even like it more than the guy that made that subway map (was still really good).

Question: music? It feels aphex twin ish, but idk.

  • Wicked work :)

  • Hey man. Could you help a fellow art student out and tell me the process on how you did the video rendering in udk. Step by step would be best, I have looked and have come up short handed. Or better yet make a small tutorial? I would so be in your debt man, I have my final school project coming up, and I would love to be able to capture the detail that you have in udk.

    THanks again.

  • Awesome...All i have to say

  • this is the best thing iv seen so far and iv been thought a lot good work and good luck

  • dude this is top stuff - I especially love the lighting in the scene with the stairwell and the open door at the bottom with the sunlight streaming in...... great work!

  • Beautiful work Aaron! Such rich detail and gorgeous creative visuals! Look forward to viewing more of your creations!

We appreciate your Mom making us aware of your talent!
