Noel

The L. D. Bell High School Concert Band II performs an arrangement of The First Noel, titled Noel and arranged by Richard Saucedo. Performed at the 2006 Christmas Concert.

In the beginning of the piece, right after the windchimes, right about where the title shows up in the video, the low instrument you hear is me on my bass clarinet. i had the solo. it was one of the best tones i've ever had and i made it happen on a chipped reed cause i'm that BA, lol...if you listen well and have a trained ear and know what to listen for, you can hear me playing throughout the rest of the piece as well. this was one of my favourite pieces to play when i was at Bell.

O pretty piece, we never had a b. clarinet solo... generally we tried to avoid clarinet solos all together :P
