Caffeine may make it worse, but not necessarily. Alcohol can actually help. Lots of greens intake for folate which helps to balance dopamine levels in the brain. 100 to 300 mg kava, 1000 mg magnesium, 1000 mg Vit E, can also help.
I have had it for over 30 yrs. No cure. I wish they would do brain surgery to zap the spasm center of my brain!
