  • If you watch all her videos you'll find it adds up to a whole solution. Some people don't like to hear that they need to change every aspect of their unhealthy life, but that's what it takes.

    Or you could buy drugs to make you feel better.

    Whichever pill is easier for you to swallow.

  • Caffeine may make it worse, but not necessarily. Alcohol can actually help. Lots of greens intake for folate which helps to balance dopamine levels in the brain. 100 to 300 mg kava, 1000 mg magnesium, 1000 mg Vit E, can also help.

    I have had it for over 30 yrs. No cure. I wish they would do brain surgery to zap the spasm center of my brain!
