http://www.KettlebellAthletics.com does a heavy kettlebell workout with Workout Muse. A nice 30/30 work /rest ratio using heavy snatches, double front squats, heavy swings, and double push presses. Katie uses 18kg, 2-16kgs, 32kg, and 2-16kgs. Pamela uses 28kg, 2-20kgs, 32kg, and 2-20kgs. Work the 30/30 ratio between the 4 exercises for 20 minutes.
