In gymnastics, a person should know how to do a cartwheel before attempting to do a round off. Find out where to place the hands when doing a round off from a lunge with help from a gymnastics coach in this free video on gymnastics and tumbling.

  • easy! a friend taught me how to do this back in 3rd grade. she also tried to teach me the handstand, but i fliped over, still learning it

  • @AJB2057 i can do a cartwheel splits (side was and in the middle) i need to work on my handstand and my backbend is pretty good but i need to work on it but definetly not alot this might sound weird but i cant do a front tumble what should i do????

    cartwheel, summersault, and handstands are basics to know.

    If you are super flexible you should be able to do splits or a back-bend of both.

  • im not in gymnastics but i want to join im ten and very flexible and very strong could anyone tell me what i should be able to do?
