I really like your animation! I think if you did some small sound design things it would be really great. Like, get a little closer to the mic and put some pillows around you for the news stuff because it sounds echoey. Add some ambiance noise, crowd rabble, sirens, soccer noise, news bumper music, stuff like that. Still, I like it.

Thanks for the suggestions about the pillows. The news stuff was recorded in a different location than the rest and I didn't have as much control as I normally do. I added crowd rabble and such to the full video, which is posted as a video response.

how do you keep your lego pieces looking good? like no smudges, spots or scratches?

I have plenty of pieces with scratches, discoloration, bite marks, etc, but I try not to use those when animating. I have a lot of lego, so this usually isn't too much of a problem. I also take better care of them now than I did when I was a kid.
