  • And later DiBiase would be the heel and Hogan the face. If we only knew then

  • One person calls what to do next in the match. Sometimes its more obvious that they are calling.

  • With Vince Sr.'s marketing it is wrestler Incredible Hulk Hogan vs wrestler Ted Dibiase w/ the crowd not too emotionally involved. Old school NWA style booking focusing more on wrestling less on gimmicks. With Vince Jr. its the hero the Immortal Hulk Hogan vs the villain Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase with the crowd emotionally involved. New school booking focusing on gimmicks. Shows you how important Vince Jr.'s marketing is because without it Hulk Hogan and Ted Dibiase are just wrestlers.

  • @KISSfanMONKEY madison..

  • XD

  • Do you think McMahon was thinking, "Yeah, this'll be the guy I base my empire on..."

  • at the time of this match, Dibiase was the WWWF North American Champion, Mid-South wrestling was aligned with the old National Wrestling Alliance, Bill Watts bought Mid-South from Leroy McGuirk then also bought the North American title along with Dibiase from Vince Mcmahon SR, the new mid-south had theirtop title and champ in Dibiase, Mid-South wrestling in the 80's is as legendary as ECW in the 90's, all you Jim Ross fans... he was originally a Mid South Referee

  • Ted should've bought a victory here, he should've paid off Blassie and Hogan, lmao.

  • Chump Hogan sucked back then just as much as he sucks today.

  • @cartman55501 that announcer is none other than Vincent Kennedy McMahon himself.

  • i never saw this.....are you telling me that this is the million dollar man?

  • Hogan had hair!

    Finkel did not...
